On the afternoon of August 6, 2019, the University of Pahang (UMP), government agencies CIDB and cream visited Beijing Zhuoliang formwork Co., Ltd. The purpose of the Malaysian delegation's visit is to study the industrial building system (IBS), collect information, understand China's domestic market, share information, and promote bilateral cooperation and development.

Successful capping of main tower of Xuncheng road tuihe Bridge

Located between the south area of tuannan old city and the new area of Tuanbei, the project starts at the intersection of Xuncheng road and Leifeng road. The existing Xuncheng road is reconstructed. From south to north, it successively crosses Leifeng Road, tuanbin South Road, Tuanhe Road, tuanbin North Road and Guihua Minmin South Road, then connects with Xuncheng Road, and ends at about 46m south of the intersection of Xuncheng North Road and Guihua Jiulong street. The total length of the project route is 1.1km, including 632.28m bridge and 60m red line width. According to the road line position, the bridge crosses Tuanhe, tuanbin South Road and tuanbin North Road. In order to ensure the traffic of the road under the bridge, two places are considered to cross the road under the bridge, and the traffic space between the auxiliary road under the bridge and the road under the bridge is reserved; Some arc interchange ramps are set on the bridge to ensure the interchange between tuanbin north-south road and Xuncheng road across Tuanhe bridge.

Through the new intelligent construction robot construction platform which can be automatically lifted, the building on the construction site can not move, and the house production line can be synchronously lifted up with the building, so as to realize the intelligent automatic construction of the main body of the building.

Project brief: The National Centre for the Performing Arts(NCPA) is near the Tian An Men Square,immediately to the west of the  Great Hall of People, across the street from Zhongnanhai Xinhuamen. It would become the highest performing center of arts i China and a first-class art gallery in the world.

The total building area is 194,000㎡，the exterior of theater is glass dome which radius of curvature is from 0.12m to 100m.Large span,high volley structural features,it is 63.60 meters high.

We use Adjustable Arc Wall Formwork for curved walls over ground and use Single-Side Bracket for walls underground.
